  2. My chosen password doesn’t work during registration? We take storage of personal information very serious and therefore weak passwords are not allowed. Please follow the onscreen instructions.
  3. When does the training start? Immediately and the best thing about PropertyRoom is that you will be able to view the training at your own pace whenever it suites you.
  4. How do I pay? Register a new or Login to your existing Propertyroom User Profile to purchase any of our paid courses. Once logged in – go to Shop – purchase your desired course and Proceed to checkout selecting your preferred payment method. Follow the onscreen instructions. Having trouble? Watch the video.
  5. Is all the training in the Habits of Highly Successful Agents Module available at once? New training are uploaded monthly to ensure you are motivated throughout the year. Participants will be notified when new contents becomes available.
  6. Do I earn CPD points? Yes, after each training course (Free or Paid) you will be able to complete a few questions.  Should your answers be successful an attendance certificate will become available under – My profile – My Certificates.
  7. I can’t view my certificate from the email link received? No problem Login to your Propertyroom User Profile. Once Logged in – Go To – My Profile – My Certificates to view or download your certificates at any time.
  8. Previously registered on PropertyRoom and has since changed my e-mail address.  Please email support@propertyroom.co.za to assist with changing your email address.
  9. Forgot my password. Go to Lost my Password to reset your password.
