COURSE CLOSED DUE TO UPDATE
Due to the PPRA providing a reviewed Study Guide for PDE (available on their website), The Property Room is in the process of adapting the course material for the February 2024 and May 2024 examinations. The new PDE 4 course content will be opened and available to purchase on our website as soon as this update completed.
Any candidate who has already paid for the course content for our prep course for the February exam will have access to the course content or be eligible for a refund.
The SSETA is introducing a new Occupational Qualification for estate agents on the 1 July 2024, which means that a brand-new prep course will then be available on www.propertyroom.co.za
Our online course presented by Pam Snyman is designed to assist with your PDE4 exam preparation and covers all the different aspects that you can expect in the actual exam.
The course remains active for a period of 45days from date of purchase.
Who does this PDE4 course apply to?
Registered estate agents who have already obtained their Real Estate (NQF 4) qualification (in possession of the SSETA certificate, FETC Real Estate) or are exempt from doing so. Exemption needs to be applied for on the PPRA website.
What do you need before you can get started?
You will need a copy of the PPRA Study Guide which can be obtained from the PPRA
You need to register with the PPRA to write the PDE4 exam
